In France, Paris and Nancy were the Main Centers of this Aesthetic that Touched all Areas of Decorative Arts and Architecture.
Glass was One of the Favorite Mediums of the “Artisan Artists” of the Period.
Beginning in 1860, Baccarat marked their pieces with a circular paper label bearing their logo, sadly these labels were lost, removed or washed away over time. In 1936, Baccarat replaced the traditional paper labels for their renown permanent acid-etched logo. Measures approximately 8 3/4" tall x 3 3/4" diameter base.
